Two ways to use it
The Research Brief

Online. It walks you through the 15 questions one at a time, scores them, and emails you the verdict with your answers, so you have a record of the decision and why you made it.

On paper. A 2 page PDF, 4 sections, 15 questions. Print it and run it on every project from this one onward.

Same 15 checks either way, and the same rule at the end. All 15 and you proceed. 12 to 14 and you pause. Under 12 and you let it go. It is the same brief I run on every idea of my own before I commit a single hour to it.
